As the automotive industry continues to develop, car enthusiasts eagerly await the arrival of new and improved models.
One highly anticipated vehicle is the 2025 Toyota Supra GRMN, which is expected to be a powerful and thrilling addition to the Supra lineup.

The high-performance variant is rumored to arrive before the next-generation Supra, which will debut in 2025.
The GRMN supra is expected for the fifth-generation model to have around 543 horsepower as the Japanese magazine speculates it will pack 550 PS.
Logically Toyota will borrow the S58 engine from BMW M, where the 3.0-liter twin-turbo engine produces the same output in the M4 CSL and M3 CS.
The Bavarians also use this engine with an additional 10 bangs in the ultra-exclusive 3.0 CSL, while the new M2 offers a detuned configuration of the same inline-six.
Best Car claims the Supra Mk6 will retain the rear-wheel drive layout but switch to mid-range proportions. It is said to ride on the evolution of the e-TNGA platform and eliminate the combustion engine.
Likely, it won’t be related to the Sports EV as the exciting concept unveiled in late 2021 with Gazoo Racing branding appears smaller.
Co-produced with the BMW Z4 linked by Magna Steyr in Graz, Austria, the current Supra model will reportedly go out of production in 2025.
With the Z4 believed to be retired in 2025 with no direct successor planned, it remains to be seen where the next-generation Supra will be built.
However, Best Car claims that the Supra Mk6 will retain its rear-wheel drive layout but switch to mid-proportions, riding on the evolution of the e-TNGA platform and eliminating the combustion engine.
If the Supra goes electric in 2025, it will mirror the next-generation Porsche 718 Boxster/Cayman EV scheduled to come out the same year.
Meanwhile, Toyota’s luxury division, Lexus, is working on replacing the all-electric LFA with a simulated manual gearbox. Previewed by the Electrified Sport concept, the zero-emission supercar will also boast all-wheel drive and brake-by-wire when it arrives later this decade.
The 2025 Toyota Supra GRMN is expected to be priced at around 10 million yen ($80,812 at current exchange rates) in Japan.
Meanwhile, the 2023 Toyota GR Supra starts at $43,540, with entry fees for a 6-cylinder engine costing $52,500 and a new A91-MT model priced at $58,345.
As we await the arrival of the influential 2025 Toyota Supra GRMN, it’s clear that this high-performance variant will be a fitting farewell to the fifth-generation model.
